- Establishing and maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards to maximise store shopability and profitability
- Executing and adapting visual merchandising memos, in line with Ghanda Clothing’s creative direction, to optimise return on floor space and generate consumer interest
- Planning, coordinating and executing seasonal updates
- Analysing product performance to refine store-specific merchandising decisions
- Providing on-the-floor training and coaching to retail team members on visual merchandising fundamentals About you We’ll know you’re the one if you’re someone with:
- Demonstrated experience in visual merchandising and inventory control, ideally in a fashion retail setting
- Commercial acumen and proactive operational troubleshooting skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong brand alignment
