#Levande is a growing national retirement living and property business, offering the chance to work across complex transactions, development projects and strategic commercial initiatives.

We’re looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to join our Finance team, working closely with the Senior Tax Manager across a complex and growing property portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Big 4 or top-tier trained tax professional looking to make their first move in-house into a commercially focused role with exposure to transactions, development projects and strategic decision-making.

The Opportunity

You’ll support both compliance and advisory across Levande’s property portfolio, including:

- GST, BAS and FBT obligations
- Tax input into acquisitions and developments
- Land tax forecasting and planning
- Tax effect accounting and year-end reporting
- Stakeholder advisory and commercial tax support
- Liaising with the ATO, State Revenue Offices and external advisors

This role offers significantly broader exposure than a traditional compliance-focused tax role.

About You

- 4–8 years’ Australian tax experience
- Big 4 or top-tier experience highly regarded
- Strong GST / indirect tax capability
- Exposure to advisory or transactions work
- CA / CPA qualified (or near completion)
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills

Property or real estate experience is highly regarded but not essential.
