Description
As the Learning Delivery and Program Lead within our AI Learning team, you will ensure AI learning is launched smoothly, tracked accurately, and continuously improved. You’ll run the operational backbone across programs (from Foundations through to role-based journeys and immersive experiences), ensuring learning is easy to access, well-governed, measurable, and kept current as tools and policies evolve.
You will partner closely with Learning Experience & Design, Learning Operations, Technology, Risk/Compliance, Insights & Data and Lines of Service to coordinate delivery logistics, maintain the learning ecosystem (Growth Centre, SharePoint, Viva Engage), and provide clear reporting to leaders on completion, participation and engagement. You’ll also support skills assessments and learning content governance, helping create a consistent, high-quality learning experience across the firm.
Why PwC?
At PwC Australia, your skills meet purpose. We tackle big challenges across industries like finance, technology, energy, and health—giving you the chance to make a real impact. Here, your growth is our priority. You’ll work with leading teams, explore new technologies, and unlock your full potential.
Join a global community of more than 370,000 people who value bold ideas, collaboration, and lasting change. Together, we’re building trust and shaping the future.
What you’ll do:
- Support the delivery of AI learning programs, helping to launch, run, track and sustain learning across the firm.
- Build and evolve our learning framework, partnering with the business to update as new learning is developed.
- Coordinate learning measurement and reporting (e.g., completion, participation, engagement) and contribute to clear updates for leaders.
- Help maintain approaches for session recordings and end-to-end tracking so learning activity can be consistently monitored.
- Support the upkeep of key learning channels and platforms (e.g., Growth Centre, SharePoint, Viva Engage) so content is easy to access and navigate.
- Maintain a current view of AI learning content and help ensure materials are kept up to date and appropriately managed, both from a firmwide and LoS specific view.
- Build and maintain the AI learning catalogue and calendar, aligned to business priorities and capability needs.
- Support the operational coordination of skills assessments and related learning reporting, working with relevant teams as needed.
- Working with the business to coordinate the AI Learning Desktop Review, including gathering inputs and tracking follow-ups.
- Support learning content governance activities (e.g., review cadence, approvals, version control) to help keep learning aligned to tools, policies and risk expectations.
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrated experience coordinating delivery and operations for learning programs (digital and/or facilitated), ideally within AI, technology, transformation or enterprise capability programs.
- Strong delivery and operational planning capability, able to manage timelines, dependencies, risks and follow-ups across multiple workstreams.
- Confidence working in a complex, matrix environment with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to coordinate inputs and keep delivery moving.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to build trusted relationships across Learning, Learning Operations, Insights & Data, Risk/Compliance, Technology and Line of Service stakeholders.
- Adaptable and comfortable working at pace, adjusting plans and processes as AI tools, policies and firm priorities evolve.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate requirements into practical actions, progress updates and learner-friendly guidance.
- Strong attention to detail and quality, with an ability to create repeatable processes (e.g., tracking, approvals, version control) that support consistent delivery.
- A data-informed mindset, able to work with reporting to monitor progress, surface insights and support continuous improvement.
- Interest in AI and emerging technologies (deep technical expertise not required), with comfort working across enterprise platforms and learning channels.
What you’ll gain:
- The opportunity to work with leading organisations and cutting-edge technology that challenge and expand your expertise.
- Flexibility means trusting you to choose when, where, and how you work—balancing what’s best for you, your team, and your clients to grow and thrive together.
- Transparent paths for career progression supported by continuous learning and leadership development.
