Apprentice Chef | Commercial Hotel Dubbo

The Role: We’re looking for a keen and reliable Apprentice to join our kitchen team. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen crew to deliver consistent, quality meals during busy services, while growing your skills and completing your relevant qualifications. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced team and complete your TAFE course as part of the role. The Role:
- Prepare and cook high-volume dishes to spec and standard
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Work across all sections of the kitchen (grill, pans, larder, fryer)
- Support ordering, stock rotation, and waste minimisation
- Contribute ideas for specials and menu development About you:
