About You
You are an experienced Sous Chef, who has successfully worked alongside a Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen delivery and etiquette. You understand the standards, discipline, and attention to detail required at this level, and how to bring out the best in your team.
This role is perfect for a Sous Chef ready to prove they are capable of leading a top‑tier kitchen.
