A day in the life: As a FIELD VISUAL MERCHANDISER your daily tasks will include travelling to retail stores throughout NSW to:
- Execute and adapt VM memos in line with Ghanda's creative direction to optimise floor space and generate customer interest
- Maintain exceptional store presentation standards across folding, hanging, displays, ticketing and window installations
- Deliver on-the-floor coaching and training to retail teams on VM fundamentals
- Audit and report store maintenance concerns, fixture changes and inventory levels
- Support the set-up, opening, relocation or closing of retail stores as required About you:
- Have a robust eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional brand presentation standards
- Communicate confidently and build rapport quickly with store teams across multiple locations
- Demonstrate commercial acumen and proactive problem-solving skills
- Be highly organised with strong time management and the ability to work autonomously
- Show adaptability and a willingness to respond quickly to changing priorities
