Supply Chain Lead – Heidelberg Materials Australia – Doyalson NSW We now have a fantastic opportunity for you to join the Heidelberg Materials team as an enthusiastic and professional Concrete Batcher to support Concrete Operations at our Doyalson Concrete Plant, NSW. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about safety, results focused and holds a strong work ethic. Effective communication and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers is essential. Confidence with computers and previous batching experience will be highly regarded, however we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with overtime and Saturdays in accordance with business needs. Our Batchers are among the first on site, with early start times and finish times that will vary, so flexibility is a must. Responsibilities
- Manage batching and loading of company fleet for delivery to our valued customers
- Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
- Quality control and plant maintenance
- Assume the responsibility of looking after the yard and ensuring housekeeping standards are maintained
- Total commitment to risk management and Zero Harm
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and ordering of raw materials to meet daily production requirements Qualifications & Preferences
- Passion for delivering remarkable customer service and great results
- Team player who can multi‑task and make quick, effective decisions under pressure
- Natural problem solver who enjoys planning and troubleshooting
- Desire to contribute to the overall performance of the Heidelberg Materials business
- Previous concrete batching experience highly regarded, but not essential – training will be provided
- Front End Loader ticket is advantageous
