Senior Project Manager / Design Manager Sydney (New South Wales)

Client‑Side Advisory | Complex Built Environments | Sydney. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Design Manager to lead complex projects across residential, mixed‑use, build‑to‑rent, masterplanned communities, and Class1 &Class2; developments. What You’ll Do
- Lead projects from feasibility, master planning, and Development Application through to detailed design and tender readiness.
- Procure and manage architects, engineers, and specialist consultants.
- Chair and coordinate design workshops and consultant meetings.
- Manage the Development Application process and project design deliverables.
- Coordinate detailed design documentation through to *% tender drawing packages.
- Oversee project programs, procurement, risks, governance, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with client objectives throughout the project lifecycle. What You Bring
- Experience as a Senior Project Manager, Design Manager, or Development Manager.
- Solid capability in Master planning.
- Solid capability in Development Approval (DA).
- Solid capability in Detailed Design.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Solid understanding of planning pathways, approvals, and design coordination.
- Experience across Class1 and Class2 developments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead complex projects with confidence and clarity. Nice to Have
- Client‑side consultancy experience.
- Exposure to construction delivery phases.
- Degree in Property, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Familiarity with MS Project, P6, or similar tools. Why Join Us
