Cardiac Physiologist Sydney (New South Wales)

Our Headquarters are in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Hillsdale. About You – ECGs Expert You are a bright, intelligent, mature, friendly and agile person who is punctual, reliable and fun. You are currently a Cardiac Tech, Physiologist or Cardiac Nurse. You have extensive experience with reading ECGs, performing stress tests, and interpreting Holters, which makes you a senior‑level ECG analyst. About the Position – Customer Delight Your role will be to interpret thousands of ECGs that we receive every day, prepare preliminary reports for our EPs and speak to the cardiology clinics on the phone. We don't see patients; we just receive their ECGs from all over Australia and we have the largest online ECG library in the world. You need to be able to operate a computer confidently (we use iMac in the office). You must be willing to work with and support the other functional teams at HeartBug HQ, troubleshoot any reporting‑related issues for our clinics, hospitals and cardiologists, and respect and protect the privacy of our customers while keeping sensitive information confidential. Location & Working Hours We are looking for Cardiac Physiologists in NSW and VIC for full‑time roles (8am‑5pm Mon‑Fri) or part‑time roles a minimum of 27hours per week. The NSW roles will be office based at HQ in Hillsdale and VIC roles will be office based in Abbotsford, VIC. All other states we will consider full‑time applicants only. Initially these roles are hybrid/home based until a dedicated office is established in your capital city at which point you will be required to be in the office full time. Key Responsibilities
- Interpret thousands of ECGs daily and prepare preliminary reports.
- Communicate with cardiology clinics by phone.
- Collaborate with functional teams at HeartBug HQ and troubleshoot reporting‑related issues.
- Protect patient privacy and keep sensitive information confidential. Qualifications & Skills
- Current Cardiac Tech, Physiologist or Cardiac Nurse.
- Extensive experience with ECG interpretation, stress tests and Holters.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to multi‑task and prioritise.
- Team player, people person, motivated and committed.
- Comfortable operating computer (iMac preferred).
