Wellness Counselor - Preconception (Sales) (New South Wales)

As a Wellness Counselor specializing in preconception and fertility at iMumz, your primary responsibility will be to engage with individuals and couples planning to conceive. You will help them understand how iMumz’s wellness programs can support their fertility journey and guide them toward subscribing to the platform. This role requires a solid understanding of fertility and healthcare, along with the ability to communicate empathetically with individuals who may be struggling with conception challenges. Prior experience in fertility counseling or healthcare is a significant plus. We are also open to candidates looking to restart their careers after a break. Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Nurturing: Proactively connect with individuals and couples planning to conceive, understanding their unique challenges and aspirations.
- Fertility Counseling: Use your knowledge of fertility and healthcare to address their concerns, provide support, and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
- Needs Assessment & User Engagement: Actively listen and communicate empathetically to build trust and a supportive relationship with clients.
- Product & Service Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of iMumz’s app features, services, and wellness programs. Communicate the specific benefits related to fertility and preconception care.
- Sales & User Conversion: Convert leads into subscribing users by effectively addressing their pain points and showing how iMumz can support their journey.
- User Communication: Maintain ongoing relationships through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Address concerns and questions, ensuring a seamless user experience. Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of Fertility & Healthcare: Strong understanding of preconception care, fertility challenges, and related healthcare practices. Prior experience in fertility counseling is highly preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare: A background in healthcare-related roles is a significant advantage.
- Empathy & Motivation: Passionate about making a difference in the lives of couples trying to conceive, with a supportive and empathetic approach.
- Sales Skills: Target-driven and results-oriented with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust, rapport, and lasting client relationships.
