You’ll help create learning, change and communication materials for some of Australia's biggest brands and non-profits across sectors from finance and banking to FMCG, and from hospitality to aged care, and more.

Responsibilities

Imagine, draft and develop a wide range of materials including:

Learning and training content Guides and book content Facilitator notes and workshop materials Scenarios, video scripts and role‑plays Short and long form copy for articles, posts and communication resources.

About You:

This is a excellent fit for someone who:

Can write with pace, clarity and nuance, adapting tone for the full spectrum of workplace roles Has a background in psychology, learning, copywriting, internal communications or OD/capability/training development Enjoys synthesising complex source material into compelling learning and change materials Has experience taking and responding to briefs that require distilling and interpreting the art and science of people, teams and organisations.
