We provide a business lunch or an intimate dinner, savor the pleasure of connecting over delicious meals in a setting ideal for unwinding beside Sydney Harbour.

Responsibilities To ensure that operating and kitchen equipment is maintained to a positive standard with minimum breakage. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across kitchen workstations including equipment and ridges. Responsible for storing all the dairy products, fish, meats, dry goods and vegetables in a correct manner. Assist in preparing and cooking basic dishes under supervision. Prepare all the mise‑en‑place for assigned section. Assist in quality control of items. Ensure proper storage of food and assist with stock rotation and inventory. Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications Completion of Chef Apprenticeship. Certificate on Commercial Cookery. Positive hygiene and food safety knowledge. Safe and accurate knife skills. Knowledge and experience in a variety of cooking methods. Desired: Experience as Commis Chef in a 5‑star hotel restaurant or similar setting.
