PinkPacker is building the operating system for global meat trade. Named a UN FAO Global Top 10 Agri‑food Startup in 2025, we source Australian red meat — beef, lamb, and goat — directly from packers and move it into Asian markets including Korea and Vietnam. Our Australian entity is incorporated and operational. We are now looking for our first person on the ground.

This role is for someone already working in the Australian meat or agri export industry who wants to build a direct commission income stream alongside their current role — with a transparent path to full‑time as volume grows.

What you will be doing: Connecting PinkPacker with Australian packers, exporters, and cold chain operators Supporting sourcing, pricing negotiations, and export documentation Building buyer‑facing relationships across Korea, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia Running on‑ground operations for our Australian entity as trade activity scales

Who we are looking for: Based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane — essential Active relationships with Australian meat packers or export networks — essential Full Australian working rights — essential Comfortable working independently with a lean international team Experience in meat exports, agricultural commodity trading, or packer‑side operations
