What You’ll Be Doing:

Property & Tenancy Management

Manage rental collections and arrears with accuracy and care.

Complete tenancy sign‑ups, condition reports, lease administration, and exits.

Coordinate property maintenance to ensure homes are protected and compliant.

Maintain accurate tenancy and property data across systems.

Represent matters at Tribunal/Court where required.

Client Support & Engagement

Build robust, respectful relationships with tenants.

Provide guidance to support sustainable tenancies.

Ensure fair and transparent allocation processes.

Collaborate with support agencies and key stakeholders.

Operations & Compliance

Deliver high‑quality reporting and administrative support.

Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.

Contribute to a protected, inclusive, and positive team environment.

About You

Previous experience in property or tenancy management.

Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.

Confident using systems and managing data accurately.

Excellent communication skills with a calm, empathetic approach.

Highly organised with strong problem‑solving ability.
