The Opportunity

Manage a tidy portfolio of approx. 120 properties

Full end‐to‐end property management (no accounts)

Support across ingoings, routines and outgoings

Work within a collaborative, high‐support team environment

Strong leadership and direct access to senior management

What You'll Need

Current Certificate of Registration, Driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Previous experience managing your own rental portfolio

Knowledge of PropertyMe or Property Tree software is highly regarded

Solid communication and ability to manage a portfolio autonomously

A proactive, relationship‐focused approach
