The Role

Managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 115 properties, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of property management. With the backing of a dedicated leasing consultant and offshore support, your focus will be on delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants—without the distractions of accounts, leasing, or business development.

About You

Proven experience in residential property management

Robust knowledge of legislation and processes

Confident communicator with a professional approach

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Holds a current Certificate of Registration or Licence

Proficient with PropertyMe (or similar systems)
