Our clinics in Hornsby and Chatswood are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team.

We are happy to accommodate a start date best suited to the successful candidate.

The role is a full time position working Monday
- Friday, with shifts between 7am-9pm.

Role Overview

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Responsibilities

Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.

Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.

Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.

Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.

Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

Qualifications

Transparent verbal and written communication skills.

Robust organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.

Ability to perform shifts at both the Chatswood and Hornsby clinic.
