The role is based in Gardnerville, NV, within a busy pharmacy undergoing staffing transitions.

Candidates should bring strong leadership experience, ideally as a Pharmacy Manager or Person in Charge (PIC) in a retail setting.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulationsLead and mentor pharmacy staff during a period of changeAdminister immunizations and provide exceptional patient careUtilize pharmacy software (ERx training provided)Coordinate inventory and manage workflow efficiently to maintain service qualityQualifications / Desired Experience:Valid and explicit Nevada pharmacist licenseImmunization certification requiredPrior experience as a Pharmacy Manager or PIC in retail pharmacy is highly preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environmentSchedule:Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 7:00 PMSaturday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PMAdditional Details:Contract position with potential for contract-to-hireDuration: Approximately 13 weeksLocated about an hour south of Reno, NVERx pharmacy software training will be providedThis is an exciting chance to take a leadership role in a high-activity pharmacy setting while supporting the community through immunization services.
