The Role The role requires experienced and qualified Early Childhood Educators to work as an active team member in providing high quality education and care. Responsibilities include:
- Develop robust relationships with children at the service.
- Develop the Children’s Program (reflecting Early Years Learning Framework guidelines).
- Ensure a safe environment is maintained for staff and children.
- Implement the service’s philosophy in all duties.
- Liaise with families regarding day‑to‑day happenings.
- Maintain observations and records of individual children’s progress. What We Offer

- Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Child Protection Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
