- Managing a clean residential portfolio
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Conducting routine inspections and reporting
- Managing leases, arrears, and tenant applications
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Providing regular landlord communication
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and industry standards About You
- Previous Property Management experience required
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence essential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised with excellent time management
