The Role We're looking for Graduate Structural Engineers with an interest in developing a career within our Sydney structures (buildings) and construction engineering team. - Contribute to the delivery of major industry projects and local community ventures
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports, and other documents
- Partner with supportive colleagues through our buddy system

- Receive both in‑person and online training on everything from consulting with clients to managing your time effectively through our graduate development workshops About You
- Graduates will be in their final year, or have graduated within the last 2 years
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to effectively manage one’s time and workload
