Program Overview The Graduate Program offers an immersive experience starting from day one:
- Week‑long Global Induction in Milan with training and activities led by the Prysmian Academy and a top‑ranking business school.
- One‑year job rotation across two departments – Research & Development and Operations – at a production site.
- After the first year, alignment with the country of hire for a 12‑month technical role based on business needs and personal interests.
- Following the second year, a 3‑year international assignment in one of more than 50 countries.

- Graduated within the last 24 months or currently completing a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) degree.
- Fluent in English; willing to work in an international context.
