Guest Service Generalist (New South Wales)

The Guest Service Generalist will be responsible for completing daily front office and food & beverage functions, ensuring that all owners and guests receive efficient and courteous service. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages.
- Perform front desk duties: greet owners and guests, check‑in and check‑out, answer telephone and email inquiries, port luggage, handle cash, balance procedures.
- Deal with tour and travel inquiries/bookings, reservations, and night audit procedures.
- Operate administrative equipment including email, basic Word & Excel documentation, and credit‑card settlement machines. Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food and beverage, café, bar or hotel environment is desirable.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
- Current Food Safety Certificate.
- Excellent communicator with robust interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and positive individual.
- Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, mornings, evenings, and school holidays across a 7‑day roster.
