- Sydney Location: NSW – Rosebery. Open Consultant and Concierge positions available at St Leonards, Rosebery, and Waverley. Full time. About the role Showroom Sales Consultants, also known as 'Retail Consultants', support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products.
- Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone.
- Use our 3D Planner to bring customers' dreams to life.
- Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships.
- Keep the showroom running smoothly and safely. Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service; strong relationship‑building and customer‑helping skills.
- Energetic, takes initiative, and eager to learn and grow (experience in bathrooms not required).
- Comfortable with a computer and willing to learn new systems.
- Available for various shifts, including weekends.
