Join our Interior Systems team as an Electrical Engineer, where you'll play a key role in driving automation, safety, and operational excellence across our manufacturing sites nationally. - Provide critical technical leadership, setting direction for electrical, automation, and controls activities across CSR's Gyprock and Interior Systems facilities.
- Lead plant floor functional safety upgrades (AS****) and automation projects.
- Develop, implement, and benchmark electrical & control systems and standards.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of capital projects (from design to commissioning).
- Support production line automation and drive equipment reliability improvements.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory and CSR safety standards.
- Mentor site teams and electrical contractors, building technical capability.
- Use factory floor data to develop reporting tools (Power BI, SQL) in order to track and improve operational performance. About You
- Degree qualified in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience in continuous process manufacturing and production line automation.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement industrial electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of PLC/SCADA control systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens and Ignition).
