The nabtrade Market Insights team is at the forefront of delivering market intelligence, insights and thought leadership to Private Wealth and nabtrade clients. We're looking for a talented Video Editor & Multimedia Designer to bring market insights, education and commentary to life through high-quality video and digital content. This is an exciting chance to shape how nabtrade shows up across social, digital and owned channels with engaging, platform-native storytelling. This role is perfect for someone driven by creativity and momentum—you'll experiment, push boundaries, and turn ideas into standout content at pace, with a sharp instinct for what captures attention. Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality video content across YouTube, vodcasts and social platforms.
- Create engaging, platform-native content tailored for Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
- Develop motion graphics, thumbnails and visual assets to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end production process from editing to final delivery.
- Collaborate with presenters, strategists and marketing teams to deliver compelling visual stories.
- Monitor performance and trends to optimise formats, improve engagement and scale impact. Requirements
- Senior-level experience in video editing, multimedia or content production.
- Strong capability in Premiere Pro, After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven ability to create engaging, high-performing video content across digital platforms.
- Experience in motion graphics, storytelling, pacing and audience retention.
- Understanding of social trends, formats and platform-specific content styles.
