You will receive hands‑on training while providing our customers with a excellent experience by activating and assuring telecommunications/technology products and services in homes and/or businesses. You will actively participate in a diverse team environment to deliver optimal customer and commercial outcomes aligned to Telstra’s Behaviours & Habits and corporate strategy. Locations

- QLD – Roma, Gatton Skills & Attributes
- Hold a current driver’s licence
- Physically fit for the role
- Ability to undergo pre‑employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
- Ability to undertake a police check
- Professional and polite communication
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Positive attitude and safety‑first approach
- Be technically minded Qualifications
- Telecommunications Technology Cert III training during the traineeship
- Relevant certifications and/or licensing for the location you reside in (no prior qualifications required)
- Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment undertaken by an RTO
