- Wednesday: 10:30am-5pm | Thursday: 10am-3pm | Friday: 10:30am-5pm | Saturday: 10am-5:30pm What You'll Be Doing:
- Step into your first retail management role with hands‑on support and development
- Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Becoming BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance
- Representing Bendon's vision—helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life
- Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs
- Implementing Bendon's Visual Merchandising standards within the MYER PAD
- Analyzing sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance
