Role Summary As our new Senior Electrical Engineer, Secondary Systems within the Transmission & Distribution team, you will focus on substation projects, designing and delivering high-quality solutions that ensure safety, reliability and efficiency for our clients. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver advanced Substation Secondary systems for distribution and transmission networks (up to 500 kV).
- Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance procedures and technical standards.
- Lead and manage engineering projects within defined scopes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Foster effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, primary electrical).
- Contribute to proposal development, including scope definition and cost estimation.
- Engage with regional clients, providing expert technical advice and supporting business growth.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, enhancing the team's capabilities. Advantages

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (required).
- Experience in High Voltage Secondary Substation design and project delivery; previous involvement with Transgrid projects is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
- Demonstrated capability in managing and providing technical leadership to design teams, including Global Delivery Centres.
- Robust track record in managing design projects in compliance with quality management systems.
