About the Role This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume hospitality environments and genuinely enjoys building strong, inclusive team cultures. You will lead service across busy pre‑show periods, theatre intervals and post‑show trade while maintaining exceptional standards in cocktails, guest experience and operational execution. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a large front‑of‑house team
- Driving a vibrant and inclusive team culture
- Coaching staff in cocktail knowledge, service standards and guest engagement
- Managing daily venue operations and peak‑time service flow
- Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across theatre and hospitality teams
- Delivering a consistently high‑quality guest experience About You
- An experienced hospitality leader with 4+ years in venue or bar management
- Confident leading large teams in high‑volume environments
- Hands‑on, organised and operationally strong
- Passionate about cocktails, service and people development
- A strong communicator who builds positive team culture
