Position We are currently seeking a full‑time Chef de Partie to join our pastry team. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate leadership and inspire a team of kitchen professionals.
- Assist senior team members in daily food preparation and service, ensuring high and consistent food standards.
- Collaborate to achieve daily financial targets.
- Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety. Qualifications
- Experience in upscale dining or hotel establishments.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
