What you’ll do
- Manage the Business Analytics Team inbox, acting as a first point of contact.
- Log and track cards on the team's Jira board.
- Conduct systems checks and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Systems Accountant.
- Ensure all systems are kept up to date through ongoing maintenance.
- Update report recipient lists and handle basic reporting queries.
- Monitor, triage and resolve ServiceNow calls in a timely manner, or escalates as appropriate.
- Document processes and maintain an up-to-date reporting calendar.
- Support user training processes.
- Maintain the Global BI Portal and liaise with relevant teams on updates.
- Provide general team support and administration as required. What you’ll bring
- Degree qualified in Finance or Business is preferred, though not essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power BI.
- Solid numeracy skills and the ability to identify errors in data and calculations.
- A logical, thorough approach to analysing and resolving issues.
- An interest in IT, systems analysis or accounting.
- An innovative mindset and curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organisation, including Partners.
