Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and agile Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, handling complaints, and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. In this role, you will serve as the frontline of Brecks Group, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Identify and escape priority issues to the appropriate team or manager
- Continuously strive to improve and maintain customer satisfaction levels
- Document all customer interactions and keep accurate records of customer accounts
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
