About our opportunity Commencing in February 2027, our Animal Production stream will give you the skills and training to become a technical expert in animal nutrition, livestock performance, and on‑farm production systems. The 24‑month Graduate Program starts with you joining a cohort of other ambitious graduates and includes four leadership and skill‑building workshops, on‑the‑ground training and three assigned mentors. What our Program offers

- Graduated prior to the programme’s commencement or no more than 3 years ago, with a Bachelor of Ag Science, Animal Science, Diploma of Agriculture, or a related field
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, a proactive approach, effective communication skills, and passion for agriculture
- Experience of customer service, problem‑solving and leadership capabilities
