- Experience in handling desktop/network issues and audio/video – conference room set up.
- Capable of installing and upgrading operating systems.
- Installation of patches, software, and hardware break/fix.
- Well‑versed IT engineer basics of Wi‑Fi, networks, LAN, WAN, switch, and router configuration.
- Installation and administration of MS Office.
