With on‐site production and a dedicated showroom, they have built a great reputation for delivering quality products and excellent customer service across the local area.

About the Role

This is a wide‐ranging office role focused on customer service, sales support and basic administration. You will be the first point of contact for customers while supporting daily operations.

Reporting directly to management, your responsibilities will include:

Processing orders and assisting with material ordering.

Providing general office and accounts support (AP/AR).

Supporting quote preparation, plan take‐offs and sales administration.

Answering calls, greeting clients and assisting with showroom enquiries.

Completing basic admin tasks including filing, creditors and compliance documentation.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Solid computer skills and ability to learn recent systems.

A proactive, reliable team player with an eagerness to learn.

High attention to detail, organisation and ability to multitask.

Strong communication skills and confidence with customers.

Experience in customer service or retail (admin experience desirable, not essential).
