We’re looking for an EPMO Delivery Support Office Lead to join our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) team. You will help empower projects across multiple business units, ensuring they are well organised, consistent, and set up for success from day one.

Responsibilities Partner with project managers to set projects up for success. Simplify and improve delivery systems, tools and workflows. Build and maintain best‑practice documentation and templates. Drive reporting and governance rhythms across the portfolio. Apply analytical skills to ensure portfolio and delivery systems meet business needs. Use AI to drive enhanced features into the tool set and optimise existing functionality. Act as the go‑to expert for delivery tools and processes. Maintain supporting intranet pages, newsletters and other Delivery Support Office communications collateral. Collaborate across teams to improve visibility, alignment and outcomes. Champion continuous improvement and smarter ways of working.

Qualifications Experience supporting a Value Management Office (VMO); Value Realisation Office (VRO); Project Management Office (PMO); Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) at an enterprise level. Robust understanding of delivery management including tools, systems and processes. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience in reporting, governance and project coordination. A proactive, solutions‑focused & growth mindset. A passion for improving how teams deliver and collaborate.
