Process and Driver Access Coordinator
Location: SYD with hybrid work options available.
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 12 months
Pay rate: $p/h – $p/h plus super (based on experience)
Your Role: Drive Projects. Build Process. Deliver Impact.
What you'll do End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of process improvement initiatives, ensuring projects move from concept to successful rollout. Stakeholder Management: Own project timelines and cross‑functional alignment to ensure all departments are moving toward the same execution goals. Operational Problem‑Solving: Remove roadblocks and handle high‑level escalations related to driver onboarding and access. Vendor & Financial Oversight: Direct vendor relationships, including the management of contracts, invoicing, and payment tracking. Team Leadership: Drive a culture of excellence by challenging current workflows and escalating critical issues to senior management when necessary.
Who You Are Results Driven: Execute tasks in rapid‑paced environments and establish project plans with minimal external guidance. Resourceful Coordinator: Identify and remove project roadblocks independently while managing escalation when necessary. Cross‑Functional Lead: Use written and verbal communication to align multiple teams on project goals. Task Organiser: Manage timelines, vendor requirements, and project deliverables with high attention to detail. Team Collaborator: Contribute to high‑performing teams by evaluating ideas and flagging risks to ensure project success.
Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of qualified experience in management consulting, operations, or quick‑paced corporate environments. Strategic Communication: Background in management consulting preferred, with an emphasis on structured problem‑solving and executive‑level presentation. Operational Literacy: Ability to manage project tracking tools and perform basic data tasks in Excel or Google Sheets.
