IQVIA is looking for a driven and client‑focused Client Service Representative to join our Sydney team. This is a fantastic chance to work alongside some of Australia’s most recognised brands ranged across Pharmacy and Grocery

In this role, you’ll partner closely with clients to help them unlock the full value of IQVIA’s products and services, building strong, trusted relationships and delivering outcomes that truly make a difference.

What you’ll be doing Build and grow strong relationships with a portfolio of high‑profile clients Resolve client queries with speed, ownership, and a positive, solutions‑focused mindset Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience Analyse large pharmacy and grocery datasets to uncover trends and generate meaningful insights Proactively identify opportunities to add value and enhance client outcomes
