In this role you will be the first point of contact for our people, providing day‑to‑day support for a workforce of over 600. You will take ownership of incoming IT tickets through Jira, resolving issues directly or escalating when needed, ensuring every request is handled with care and efficiency.

Your responsibilities include: Investigating complex technical issues and finding solutions to keep teams running smoothly. Welcoming recent starters with the right tools on day one. Ensuring meeting rooms are ready for collaboration. Handling the practical side of keeping an office workplace, such as moving desks and installing monitors.
