Your Role

As a CSR, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer experience, ensuring every client feels valued and heard. Your responsibilities include: Handling inbound calls and scheduling service requests (300 to 500 calls per week) Tracking and analyzing advertising sources General administration support

What We’re Looking For Superb Communication Skills: Articulate in writing and speaking with an impactful presence. Customer Service Pro: Exceptional phone and email etiquette with a knack for making clients feel special. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft 365 and quick to learn new systems. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Creative Thinker: Attention to detail with a flair for innovative solutions. Proactive Attitude: Self-driven, able to work independently and as part of a team.
