Key Responsibilities Order Processing
- monitor and process customer orders with accuracy. Inventory & Stock Control
- conduct stock counts, maintain records, and coordinate warehouse operations. Logistics & Deliveries
- book freight, liaise with drivers, and ensure smooth dispatch. Samples & Warehouse Support
- manage sample requests and dispatch to customers. Accounts & Bookkeeping
- basic accounts (receivables & payables) in Xero (optional). Administration
- general office admin and other day-to-day support tasks.

About You Adaptable, eager to learn, and happy to roll up your sleeves
- every day will be different. Minimum 4 years work experience in operations, warehousing, logistics, accounts, or office admin. Confident using stock/inventory systems. Physically fit
- comfortable lifting and packing product samples. Robust English communication (written & spoken). Chinese Language (Mandarin)
- not mandatory at all, but a nice bonus for managing our multi-lingual customer base.

Employment Type: Full time (5 or 6 days / week), 7am
- 4pm or 8am
- 5pm

Pay: $27.00
- $35.00 per hour
