About The Role

Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support of our Dubbo Depot .

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

Schedule fleet movements across Dubbo and Gulgong region

Support the team with day-to-day depot operations

Manage inventory control and stock movements

Complete end-of-month reconciliation tasks

General administration duties to support depot efficiency

Skills & Experience

Previous administration experience (essential)

Robust organisational skills with high attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Initiative and sound problem‑solving skills

Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of HSSE and Chain of Responsibility (COR) processes

Customer‑focused with the ability to work collaboratively within a team

Commitment to compliance and safety standards
