Analyses and identifies areas of improvement, and supports the implementation of changes/improvements in relevant functional areas.

Job Description Provide insight into the Maersk business in part or whole to influence learning solutions Use their knowledge of Maersk systems /processes to assist build capability tools Assist in the creation of business specific scenarios to contextualise learning Assist in the creation of learning solutions Create finished learning tools that are fit for purpose (ie visual aids, the how) Facilitate (or co-facilitate) learning programs (soft & technical) Coach team leads, Focal’s and SME’s Standardise & maintain internal reference sources within CX Standardise & coordinate current starter processes in CX Own the onboarding planning & execution of current starters across CX, leveraging SME’s Enable LeaderPro training & Employee Orientation roll out in OCE, once delivered by CEN Development of capability requirements for all roles in CX
