They are now seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to take a key leadership role across these complex, multi-storey projects.

Key Responsibilities Supervise day‑to‑day electrical installation activities across residential and commercial high‑rise projects Coordinate and lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation to drive installation accuracy Manage programming of works in alignment with project schedules and key milestones Conduct site inspections, QA checks, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Key Candidate Requirements Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on residential apartment projects (units preferred) Strong background working on multi‑storey building services projects; residential and/or hotel experience highly regarded Solid understanding of electrical installation practices, coordination, and sequencing on large‑scale sites Ability to lead and manage teams and subcontractors effectively in a quick‑paced workplace Strong commitment to safety, quality assurance, and program delivery
