With an expanding Australian portfolio of unique venue assets, they are seeking a hands-on property professional to take ownership of their national footprint.
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded property qualified to step into a broad asset and property management role within a fast-paced, non-traditional real estate setting.
You will oversee all aspects of the Australian venue portfolio including leasing, financial management, landlord and client liaison, maintenance, capital works and operational performance.
You will be the key point of contact across landlords, internal teams, service providers and venue partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day performance of a national portfolio of owned and leased assets
Negotiate leases, renewals, licence agreements and occupancy terms
Prepare and manage P&Ls;, budgets, financial reporting, OPEX and CAPEX tracking
Oversee maintenance, upgrades, contractor management and compliance obligations
Manage landlord, client and stakeholder relationships across multiple sites
Coordinate site operations to ensure venues are event-ready and commercially optimised
Support expansion opportunities, new site acquisitions and venue onboarding
About You
Experience in property, asset or facilities management across retail, industrial, commercial or mixed-use assets
Strong understanding of leases, budgets, outgoings and contractor management
Commercially astute with strong financial reporting capability
Hands-on, solutions focused and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A background as an Assistant Asset Manager or Property Manager looking for a broader role will be highly regarded
