Position Overview Labourforce is seeking experienced pickers / dockhands to work in a cold environment based in Cannon Hill. These positions are physically demanding and rapid‐paced; training will be provided to all new staff. The site offers several advantages, including on‐site physio support. Shift Schedule Available AM and PM shifts across Monday to Sunday, with minimum 4 days per week. Position will require an immediate start. Qualifications Transport to and from Cannon Hill area Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Pass Drug and Medical Screening Ability to lift 10kg or more repetitively Ability to stand and walk over 20,000 steps per shift Experience with EPJ systems is advantageous Responsibilities Picking and packing using EPJ General warehouse labouring tasks Wrapping pallets Assisting with loading/unloading vehicles General warehouse maintenance Participate in basic training and internal up‐skilling programs Benefits Ongoing stable work for reliable workers; opportunities for overtime and potential permanent placement after 3–6 months.
