About The Role Lismore Base Hospital are seeking an Oncology & Haematology Specialist Pharmacist to provide a comprehensive clinical and pharmaceutical service in the designated specialised area(s) of the pharmacy department. Overseeing the operational aspects of the Oncology and Haematology inpatient and outpatient department/services and providing expert counsel on pharmacy matters to pharmacy and other clinical staff. Working closely with other senior roles to support the Director of Pharmacy to ensure the provision of safe and cost-effective medication management focusing on patient‐centred care to ensure optimal health outcomes.
