What You'll Bring Previous hotel experience in a similar guest‐facing role, demonstrating a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Valid Driver's Licence with proven ability to safely operate guest vehicles; prior valet parking experience highly desirable. Skilled in anticipating and promptly attending to guest needs, ensuring personalised and timely service. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to offer warm, professional greetings and farewells to guests at all times. Good knowledge of the local area and support guests with reservations and information on attractions and dining. Competent in handling guest luggage transfers and maintaining a clean, organised hotel entrance and foyer.
