Key Info: Job title:Warehouse Supervisor Role type:Permanent Full Time Reports into:Warehouse Manager Location:Villawood, NSW Closing date:11 June **** Ideal starting date:As soon as possible The role Lush Manufacturing is on the lookout for a motivated and hands‐on leader to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor. This is apermanent full‐time position, working Monday to Friday from 6:54 am to 3:00 pm, with a competitive base pay rate of$***** per hour(excluding bonuses and superannuation contributions). Our factory is located inVillawood, Sydney, with Leightonfield station just a short walk away for those commuting by train. This is a leadership role responsible for supporting the safe, accurate, and efficient operation of the warehouse. You will lead, coach, and support Warehouse Assistants, Forklift Drivers and other critical roles in the Goods Out department, while ensuring KPIs, stock accuracy, safety, and quality standards are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring tasks are clearly communicated, prioritised and KPIs are achieved Coach and develop team members, fostering a positive and accountable culture Ensure accurate stock management, including receipting, storage, picking, and dispatch to Lush stores Drive team performance through regular feedback and training, and management of employee relations matters Maintain accurate inventory by conducting regular physical counts, reconciling variances, and updating systems. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain product quality standards, addressing discrepancies, damage, or variances. Support recruitment and onboarding of new employees. Oversee Dangerous Goods (DG) handling, documentation and compliance Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a solid health, safety, and wellbeing culture Assisting with other warehouse‐related tasks as needed – we're a team, and we all pitch in! Our Perfect Match Has experience leading teams within a warehouse, manufacturing or operational environment Has a current forklift driver's license Is certified in Air and Sea Dangerous Goods (DG) handling (or willingness to obtain), with a strong understanding of relevant regulations Is proficient in Microsoft Office or similar applications. Has strong communication skills and can speak clearly in English. Has proven experience in managing people matters and developing teams, including performance management, conflict resolution, and handling challenging conversations. Is physically able to perform tasks, including standing for 38 hours per week, lifting up to 20kg, and completing manual tasks. Has high attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy Is available to work Monday-Friday (6.54am
